The sailboat photos shown throughout this website are vessels designed at Crowther Multihulls. Whilst Stuart Bloomfield played a major role in the design of all of the vessels shown, Bloomfield Innovation does not own the designs to any of those vessels, only the rights to sell those designs and to use those designs to develop new designs. Bloomfield Innovation has an agreement with Crowther Design to sell Crowther sailing designs, including all of those depicted in the images. Bloomfield Innovation has an agreement with Crowther Design to use any intellectual property, confidential information and/or copyright material in relation to sailing designs obtained from Crowther prior to 1st April 2004 to promote the sale of and production of sailing designs by Bloomfield. Bloomfield Innovation and Crowther Design do not have any affiliation or association with each other beyond the agreements stated above.
